Desk Mate AI

An AI chat assistant for your Shopify storefront that answers customer questions using your own products, pages and policies.

• Trained on your store. Import products, collections, pages and policies — or upload your own documents — so answers are grounded in your actual catalog and content.
• Storefront chat widget. A theme extension adds an AI chat assistant to your storefront that helps visitors find products and get instant answers, in multiple languages.
• Simple usage-based pricing. Monthly plans include a set number of AI chats, with a free trial to get started.
